Make piadina romagnola
Visit an agritourism farm on the Faenza hills, in an enchanting panoramic location, surrounded by vineyards and orchards. Discover, with Serena, how the women of Romagna prepare the famous piadina romagnola PGI, which here in the hills is thick and fragrant, ideal enjoyed while still warm with artisanal cured meats and fresh cheeses.
The program lasts 4 hours and includes:
- A guided tour of the farm (including a tasting of the wines produced on the farm)
- A course to learn how to make Piadina Romagnola PGI
- A lunch with a generous traditional four-course menu or a snack featuring Piadina, wine, and traditional products
The course can accommodate up to 20 people and the 4-hour duration also includes lunch/dinner or a snack.

Cost of course + lunch or dinner: €66 per person, with a 4-course menu, drinks not included
