Walk and Taste – Racetrack Tour and Local Olive Oil Tasting
An authentic experience to discover the racetrack in a slow walking tour and taste one of the finest local product: the extra virgin olive oil Take the time to discover Imola circuit’s history and peculiarities at a slow speed and enjoy an exclusive local olive oil tasting in a unique racing location.
Visitors will be guided in a walk through the paddock, discovering the secrets of the restricted areas only reserved to the operators. A true “behind the scenes” of the world of motorsport!
The Walking Tour includes: visit to Race Direction Room and scrutineering pit box, podium After the walking tour your experience into local tradition will continue with a special tasting of extra virgin olive oil produced in a local mill.

February 7: Frantoio Prata – Casola Valsenio
Tasting of the “Blend” variety, from a selection of olives grown on the hills of Casola Valsenio
February 14: Azienda Agricola OrtoEVO Laura Zonin – Casola Valsenio
“Blend”, an EVOO with the perfect balance of flavor, quality, and craftsmanship. Obtained from the three estate cultivars—Nostrana di Brisighella, Frantoio, and Bianchera. Other company products offered for tasting: APE juice (apricot, peach, and lemon), peach and apricot jams.
February 28: Frantoio Valsanterno – Imola
Tasting of extra virgin olive oils dedicated to the most iconic curves of the Imola racetrack: delicate “Tamburello” extra virgin olive oil, balanced “Rivazza” extra virgin olive oil, and intense “Tosa” extra virgin olive oil, rich in green aromas. The tasting is rounded out with samples of breads and baked goods and concludes with a dessert.
