Bike experience: Murales of Dozza

Departure from the Hotel Antico Borgo to face immediately after the famous climb of the GALISTERNA theater of triumph, in the 2020 Cycling World Cup, by Alaphilippe with the possibility of taking a selfie in the precise point where the Frenchman, indicated by a blow-up, took off. We then descend towards Casalfiumanese, covering a few km of the route of the 2020 World Time Trial Championship won by our Filippo GANNA, to then begin the climb of the CROARA climb which, after admiring the beautiful gullies and with a view of Imola from above, we leads along the Valsellustra, along the
which we find the famous “Steps of Dozza” theater of great cycling battles that will take us to the characteristic town of Dozza. A place famous for its Rocca, home to the Emilia-Romagna Regional Enoteca and above all for its unique Murales that tell of Sports, scenes from the life of the past and art.
Going down with a gentle descent, we will arrive at the city of Imola where we can admire the famous racetrack dedicated to Enzo and Dino Ferrari and a short visit to the premises of IF – Imola Faenza Tourism Company where, for those who wish, they can try a real simulator of F1 single-seater.
At the end of the visit, we will set off to tackle the Mazzolano stretch, also the scene of the 2020 Cycling World Championships, and then descend to Riolo Terme and return to the Antico Borgo Hotel.
