FRIDAY, 13 MARCH 2026
In the afternoon from 4pm to 9pm, arrival of crews and parking in the reserved car park at the Enzo and Dino Ferrari International Racetrack in Imola.
Registration, accommodation and welcome kit delivery.

Guided tours and excursions in the area, included in the registration fee:
- Guided tour to discover the historic centre and monuments of the city of Imola
Extras: Walking tour of the Imola racetrack (book here), medieval evening with dinner at a district of the Palio del Niballo in Faenza (book here);
SUNDAY, 15 MARCH 2026
Guided tours and excursions in the area, included in the registration fee
- Easy trekking in the Mineral Water Park
Camper parade on the track:
12.00 Meeting and line-up of crews on the track.
12.30 pm Camper parade with two laps of the track.

Imola Camper Parade registration fee
€70 per camper (crew of 2 people)
€15 per person for additional people aged 10 and over
Free for children under the age of 10
Booking deadline: Monday, 9 March 2026
The registration fee includes: camper parking area in a reserved, lit and fenced car park with toilet facilities (no electricity connection), parade on the track, welcome kit, information material, guided tour of the city and historical-naturalistic walk in the mineral water park.
The registration fee does not include: transport, meals, museum entrance fees and anything not mentioned under ‘the fee includes’.
Cancellation policy:
– Full refund if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the date of the booked event: cancellation must be notified to [email protected]
– Issuance of a voucher for the purchase value if cancellation is notified within 7 days before the event: cancellation must be notified to [email protected]
– Cancellation on the day of the event or failure to show up at the meeting time will not be refunded.
