Housewife Serena will lead you on a discovery of the secrets of handmade pasta, the finest fillings, the tastiest sauces, and some irresistible traditional recipes.

The traditional cooking class lasts approximately two hours, after which participants will sit down to sample the dishes they have prepared, including cappelletti, traditional garganelli al pettine, tagliatelle, and more, pairing them with the most suitable wines from La Sabbiona’s selection.

  • The fee includes: A cooking class to learn how to make traditional pasta shapes such as tagliatelle, garganelli, and cappelletti; condiment recipes; the history of the dishes; and a personal certificate of participation; a tasting of two home-produced wines; mineral water and coffee.
