Sagra della Porchetta di Mora Romagnola

The Sagra della Porchetta di Mora Romagnola highlights one of the most representative products of the Faenza hill.

The “Sagra della porchetta di Mora Romagnola” is dedicated to the Mora Romagnola, a prized indigenous black pig, an event that is renewed annually in October in Brisighella.
A parenthesis on the autochthonous production of Apennine meat where the peculiarities of a typical production such as that of the processed products of the pig of Mora Romagnola, which only a few years ago risked extinction.
Throughout the day of the Sagra della Porchetta di Mora Romagnola, there will be an exhibition of Romagna blackberry pork, Romagna donkey, Romagna chicken and Romagna beef.
In the food stands and in the restaurants of the village you can taste fine cold cuts and various type of fine meat. There will also be stalls where you can buy local products.

Sunday the 23rd of October 2022
At 9.30 am – Opening of the exposition- market of local producers of typical products and traditional
crafts of the Apennines of Faenza.
From 11am to 8pm – in ViaFossa there will be a culinary stand with a themed menu.
Everything will be accompanied by music and multiple activities.
