An entire weekend dedicated to artisanal chocolate

Throughout the weekend, Piazza della Libertà, in Faenza, will host cooking shows, chocolate
lessons for adults, workshops for children and an exhibition of artisanal chocolate.
In the stands of the exhibition-market you can enjoy the rich assortment of pralines, milk bars, dark
and flavoured, chocolate spreads, liqueurs, Sacher cakes and strawberries with cream and hot
chocolate.
In addition to this, for the lovers of “the food of the gods”, there will be chocolate sculptures and
many refined and many other refined creations, all to be enjoyed.

There will also be entertainment for children with Choco Baby, an open space available every day
from 3.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m., where you can improvise with chocolate, equipped with all the
necessary equipment: aprons, caps, gloves and tools for processing.
